Backend Systems Engineer

The Role

We are looking for a Backend Systems Engineer to build the powerful engine that runs Mazecare. You will focus on building scalable, secure, and highly available services that handle the core clinical and financial logic of our platform.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement robust API services using Node.js or Go.
• Manage and optimize our database architectures (SQL and NoSQL).
• Ensure high standards of security and data privacy (HIPAA, GDPR compliance).
• Build internal tools and infrastructure for automated testing and deployment.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in backend development.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and microservices.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud providers (AWS, GCP).
• Deep understanding of database performance and data modeling.
