Product Designer

The Role

We are seeking a Product Designer who thrives on complexity. You will be responsible for taking dense clinical workflows and turning them into intuitive, efficient, and beautiful digital experiences for doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.

What You'll Do

• Conduct user research and usability testing within clinical environments.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure design integrity during implementation.
• Contribute to and maintain our evolving design system.

Who You Are

• 4+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI).
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to solve complex information architecture problems.
• Empathy for users in high-stress environments.
